Fleet/Asset Coordinator

The Big Task

 The Fleet/Asset Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing our fleet and tools used by our technicians. 

Key Sub Tasks 

• Update Service Titan with trucks and techs assigned.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and repairs 
• Maintain Fleetmatics updates. 
• Manage truck inventory cycle counting process.
• Manage new truck inventory set up process.
• Manage tool maintenance
• Vehicle inventory counts
• Vehicle Cycle Counts
• Standardized layouts of the vehicles
• Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
• Coordinating Vehicle Wraps
• Weekly Vehicle Checklists
• Random Vehicle Inspections
• Parts Runner
• Operating Forklifts 
• Forklifts Maintenance and Repairs
• Trailers Maintenance and Repairs
• Vehicle Registrations
• Reconciling Vehicle Invoices / Submitting for payment
• Monitoring Vehicles Email
• Assist with warehouse duties as assigned
• Loading and unloading stakebeds
• Assist with Cleanliness and organization of warehouse / yard
• Additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Experience with inventory management software
• Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion
• Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data
• Motivated, takes initiative and possess strong work ethic Ability to multitask within a structured environment
