REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to analyze information, make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments and lead ever-changing work environment
- Ability to interact effectively and appropriately with subordinates and management
- Conduct the business of company with the highest ethics and level of integrity
- Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Dispatch experience
- Knowledgeable in Department of Transportation (DOT) Intrastate & Interstate regulations
- Class A or Class B CDL
- Medical Certificate
- (N) Tank Vehicle Endorsement and (H) Hazardous Materials Endorsement or (X) Tanker/HAZMAT Combo Endorsement
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable driving record, able to be insurable through company vehicle insurance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent leadership experience
Commercial Driver License (CDL)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a skilled negotiator
Able to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines
Microsoft Office experience
Ability to quickly establish and cultivate relationships, both internally and externally
Flexibility to handle situations as they occur, while adhering to company policies
Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge relevant to the job and industry

- Coordinate the safe and efficient delivery of fuel and lubricant products to various Oil Field operational locations
- Regularly audit current delivery routes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements without sacrificing safety and customer service
- Provide staffing through efficient scheduling for multi-stop delivery routes while complying with DOT regulations to include driver hours of service and training requirements
- Provide leadership by setting an example, being a team-leader and engaging employees
- Nurture a culture of safety and responsibility amongst all employees
- Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers
- Responsible for coordinating the workforce to ensure timely deliveries
- Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met
- Ensure sound inventory control procedures are followed and maintained
- Follow regular vehicle maintenance schedule on assigned equipment
- Attend designated training sessions and meetings that apply to the position
- Take action to correct any safety hazards and report details to the safety team and the Director of Fuel Operations
- Train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance and development
- Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions
- Maintain ability to perform efficiently and follow through on all details, in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
