Duties & Responsibilities:

As part of being a Site Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Hiring, training, and developing exceptional teammates

  • Driving site revenue by growing Limitless membership counts monthly

  • Create Caliber Fans through daily interactions with customers

  • Daily upkeep and maintenance of the building and car wash equipment, insuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment for customers

  • Forming business to business relationships (House accounts, Chamber of Commerce participation, marketing, fundraisers, etc.)

  • Other tasks delegated to you for your site.

Experience:

Caliber Car Wash is seeking to hire full-time Site Manager with a minimum of five years of customer service management experience to execute Caliber’s mission to offer customers the highest Caliber clean at a great value with friendly customer service, EVERY DAY.

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, and all aspects of the business to maintain the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the site. This job requires connecting with people quickly in an outgoing, friendly manner. The use of persuasive communication skills to gain the interest and involvement of others in the work process is an important aspect of this position.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career and grow with the company. If you have a good attitude and a strong work ethic, are friendly and personable and can lead by example, this job is for you! Strong attention to detail and seeing things through to completion are a must.

Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of five (5) years’ management experience; service industry experience strongly preferred

  • Selling ideas and training to others and the ability to teach, motivate and coach a team of part time and full time employees is a must

  • Be passionate about delivering superior customer service and take pride in driving location success with demonstrated leadership skills

  • Possess excellent listening, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills

  • Thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player

  • Be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends

  • Have computer and point of sale systems proficiency

  • Must have proven problem-solving skills

  • Must be dependable and willing to take ownership
