Bilingual HR Assistant

Ready to elevate your bilingual HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Doherty is looking for a passionate Bilingual Office Coordinator to support the human resources team in Jackson, MN. This role will be working 8:00am-4:30pm, and pay between $20.00-$25.00 based on skills and experience. Interested?

Bilingual Tasks:

• Provide support for interviews, paperwork, and orientation in both English and Spanish
• Collaborate with the team including exempt and non-exempt employees to answer questions and find answers to HR tasks
• Maintain data entry, engagement updates, and changes in the system
• Assist with recruiting events and advertising
• Share resumes and applications to hiring managers and coordinate hiring process
• Maintain employee relations by providing support to employees and managers

What we are looking for:

• 1+ years of industrial HR experience
• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations with onboarding experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Bilingual)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
