Inspector/Light Maintenance Vacation Rentals

The team member will conduct routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to complete the task and ensure guest satisfaction.

• - Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
• - Make necessary repairs within the vacation rental homes
• - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
• - Arrival/Departure/Preventative Maintenance inspections.

- Experience

• - Ability to work independently
• - General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general handyman skills
• - Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal team members
• - Technology experience is required.

As a Maintenance Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vacation rentals. You will conduct routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide prompt repairs. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Apartment maintenance experience is a plus. Our homes are located throughout Sedona. Company vehicle and phone are provided.

Hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Days off will be Sunday/Monday or Friday/Saturday. On-call is required based on the rotating schedule.
