About Us: We are a dynamic manufacturing company located in Rogers, MN, seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our team. If you have experience in operating brake press machines and are looking for a rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Position Summary: As a Brake Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of brake press machines. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Operate brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Set up and adjust machinery to meet production requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Knowledge of brake press machine setup and adjustment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
