- Working closely with Quality Control to ensure acceptable quality.
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise and recommending improvements in production methods.
- Completing job changeovers and ensuring proper setup and processing for new jobs.
- Maintaining plant cleanliness and organization.
- Overseeing and evaluating operator training.
- Have 3-5 years of plastics processing experience in injection molding changeovers.
- Have 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Have reliable transportation and the willingness to be flexible with shifts.
- Are able to use basic computer software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Are physically capable of lifting 60+ pounds, climbing ladders, and using hand tools.
- Have a strong understanding of general safety best practices and quality standards.
