Overview of the Health Services Sr. Business Analyst and Architect:
- Design and develop end to end business capability models
- Investigate, break down and analyze functions of roles in each department
- Identify key functions and establish work flows
- Interact with business and contribute to performance updates, creation and process improvement
- Develop actionable reports and make presentations on business maturity assessments
- Establish projects to enhance business capabilities in coming years
- Lead, mentor and develop team
Qualifications for the Health Services Sr. Business Analyst and Architect:
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred; Masters ideal
- TOGAF familiarity
- TOGAF Certification a plus
- IIBA Certification a plus
- Health plan business architecture experience needed
- Visio
- Microsoft Office Suite
