Job Description:
We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals in Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school-based setting and will possess the skills necessary to provide quality therapy services to students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with the IEP goals and objectives.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students functional abilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on identified needs and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to promote the success of the student.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all therapy sessions and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state laws and regulations governing special education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
