Customer Service Representative - Part-time

Our client, a nationwide leader in the design, installation and administration of group medical benefits, is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Description:

• The Customer Service person should have customer service experience with clear communication skills, both with phone calls and through email.
• The client base is 65+ Medicare participants, which requires empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Reps should have knowledge of Insurance terminology, Medicare & Part D plans.
• Problem solving, organizational know how and collaboration skills, as the CSR is the liaison between the members, providers, and pharmacies, as well as other carriers to resolve claim and prescriptions issues.
• Multi-tasking, adaptability, documentation and follow up skills are a must.
• Reps should have basic computer skills for database and website navigation, Microsoft outlook, word and excel knowledge.

Additional Details:

• This is an on-site role in Avon, CT.
• Shift- M-F, 10am-6pm
