Job Title: Quality Technician
Pay: $20 an hour / Temp to Hire
Location: Henderson
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain inspection reports, ensuring compliance with company, Federal, and State standards.
- Utilized quality inspection tools and equipment, collated test data, and drafted comprehensive reports.
- Identify and suggest improvements in quality control processes to enhance efficiency.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming, in-process, and final manufactured products, parts, and assemblies.
- Collaborate effectively with all departments, record defects for process improvement, and contribute to continual initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year experience as an inspection or quality technician, with Inventory Control experience as a plus.
- Proficient in advanced mathematical concepts and high-level visual awareness.
- Strong organizational skills, including report drafting and data collation.
- Ability to work independently, analyze technical information, and solve problems with a customer-focused team player approach.
