Our busy clinic is in search of a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. The LPN will play a vital role in providing compassionate patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of daily clinic activities. NO NIGHT SHIFTS! NO ON CALL SHIFTS! The LPN will work under the direction of registered nurses and physicians to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with clinical procedures. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care
  • Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies
  • Perform venipuncture.
  • Perform and monitor therapeutic phlebotomies.
  • Administer IM injections
  • Administer Sub Q injections
  • Take manual vitals and perform related supervised functions
  • Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and computer applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Training and licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered) either Arkansas LPN or Multistate LPN.
  • Pass Background check.
  • Hours of operation: M- 8-5, Tu 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5 and Sat 8a-12pm (Rotating Saturdays and have a weekday off when working Saturday)
