Recruiter Assistant

Post job advertisements to online and Internal Job Boards, maintain and update.Maintain upkeep of all job descriptions. Conduct phone screen interviews. Conduct candidate reference checks. Recruit/source using the Internet, Social Networking, referrals, job fairs, conferences, and other sources. Coordinate/schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers to include travel arrangements. Administer applicant tracking system: track job postings. Support HR in processing new hire paperwork and personnel files.Make new hire packets. Send declination letters. Initiates back ground check, schedules physicals and drug screens. Responsible for filling in at front desk when necessary. Responsible for other duties as required.
