CNC Programmer

We are looking for skilled CNC Machinists to join our dynamic team!

PERFORMANCE SUMMARY: Works to promote vision and values by operating
equipment and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

PERFORMANCE ROLES:
Safety role – Compliance and participation in safety related programs and
initiatives
Quality role – Assure quality compliance for all areas of responsibility
Customer Service role – Understands customer requirements. Ensures that
the needs of external and internal customers are met on time and accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required to set up, perform trial run, run to production targets on CNC
machines in a safe and efficient manner
Perform CNC programming as needed; writing, editing, etc. for existing
product and new product being added to our product line.
Must be knowledgeable and understand how to use all measurement devices
needed to ensure quality of the product.
Make inspections using the required instruments and inspection plans for
each job performed and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality of
the product
Responsible for training other associates on CNC machines as needed.
Needs to be proactive in identifying ways to improve machine output
May be required to operate more than one machine
Keeps work area safe, clean and orderly.
Other duties as assigned.
