Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

LHH is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator for a company in the Greater WI area. The ideal candidate should have a prior experience running full cycle payroll & understanding of regulations and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage end-to-end payroll functions, including data entry, verification, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

• Perform wage garnishments, tax withholdings, voluntary deductions, and direct deposits.

• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollment, processing changes, and addressing employee inquiries.

• Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and benefits laws to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments.

• Conduct benefit orientations & process employee onboarding and offboarding activities

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Generate payroll and benefits reports for management and support audit processes.

Type: Direct Hire

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm 
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 an hour
