Job Description
LHH is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator for a company in the Greater WI area. The ideal candidate should have a prior experience running full cycle payroll & understanding of regulations and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage end-to-end payroll functions, including data entry, verification, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Perform wage garnishments, tax withholdings, voluntary deductions, and direct deposits.
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollment, processing changes, and addressing employee inquiries.
Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and benefits laws to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct benefit orientations & process employee onboarding and offboarding activities
Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Generate payroll and benefits reports for management and support audit processes.
Type: Direct Hire
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 an hour
