Are you looking for a temporary office position to make some extra money to meet your financial goals? Do you have at least one year of clerical experience along with strong communication skills? Staffmark is hiring an experienced Office Coordinator to work for our automotive manufacturing client in Pelham, TN.


Shift Details:

  • Pay: $16-$17 per hour
  • 1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday
  • Temporary assignment projected to last through the end of July 2024


The Office Coordinator is responsible for completing a variety of general office/clerical tasks, accurately managing documentation and data, and navigating/contributing to product approval procedures. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of clerical/office experience, at least two years of manufacturing experience (familiarity with operational processes), exceptional computer skills (proficiency in MS Office applications is essential), knowledge of Quality Management Systems Procedures (including IATF & ISO standards), familiarity with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and a thorough understanding of Automotive core tools such as PFMEA, Process Flows, and Control Plans.
