DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- High School Diploma/GED: Required
- BA/BS Degree: Preferred (Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- 5 years of manufacturing experience
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS PROCESS ENGINEER?
- Implement and sustain work processes for the manufacturing unit.
- Identify critical equipment settings and establish standards.
- Create and transfer technical knowledge to operators and associates.
- Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understand and eliminate top losses, driving OEE performance.
- Manage manufacturing unit change control, validation activities, and quality events.
- Perform root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses.
- Fulfill other duties to support business needs.
