We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued patrons. As a Bartender, you play a pivotal role in crafting delightful experiences through your expertise in mixology, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for the preparation and service of a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable visit to our establishment.

    • Consistently reproduce classic cocktails, ensuring they meet the established standards for taste and presentation.
  4. Inventory Management and Ordering:
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the bar's inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely reordering to prevent shortages.
    • Efficiently rotate stock to minimize waste and optimize beverage quality.
  5. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
    • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Regularly clean and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, and workspaces to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
  6. Legal Compliance:
    • Strictly adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the service and sale of alcoholic beverages.
    • Conduct responsible alcohol service practices, including checking IDs and refusing service when appropriate.
  7. Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS):
    • Skillfully handle cash transactions, provide accurate change, and process payments using the POS system.
    • Maintain precise records of daily sales and tips, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  8. Engagement and Promotion:
    • Engage with patrons in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, answering questions about the drink menu and promoting special events and promotions.
    • Actively participate in promotional activities to increase beverage sales and enhance the customer experience.
  9. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate harmoniously with fellow bar staff, servers, and kitchen personnel to guarantee efficient service and the seamless operation of the establishment.
  10. Safety and Responsibility:
    • Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
    • Assist in addressing customer concerns or issues professionally and effectively.
