Job Description
Our State Farm Agency is expanding and we are looking for a driven marketing specialist.
You will be calling potential clients who have requested insurance information, and transferring them to one of our Agency Insurance Specialists! I need someone who can smile and dial, with an energetic fun personality who is not afraid to make 50-100 calls a day.
What are we offering:
- Full-time (preferred) or Part-time positions available with flexible hours and schedule
- Hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 9am-6pm, with the occasional changes based on need of the agency
- Base hourly pay plus several bonus opportunities.
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! We will train and guide you.
- Opportunity for growth. We can train you and license you to represent State Farm and the insurance industry with integrity and professionalism
- Crazy fun filled office working with great people in a professional, team focused, goal oriented environment
What are the requirements?
- Have to be able to BRING IT on a daily basis. Energy is key
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required
- Ability to have great conversations over the phone and build rapport!
