Blue Bell County Club is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in working in an upscale private country club. An exemplary work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for providing superior customer service are necessary for all applicants. Applicants with experience working for first-class hospitality organizations will be strongly considered; however, experience is not necessary if you are eager to learn.


JOB SUMMARY

If you are friendly, dedicated, charming, and committed to high standards of customer service with attention to detail, we invite you to join our team. Hosts must be able to create a pleasant atmosphere by being attentive to customers both in person and over the phone. Warm, friendly hosts must leave a bright and welcoming first impression for our guests!


This is a permanent part-time position.

Schedule is Tuesday - Friday 11:00AM - 4:30PM


Host Functions:

  • Attends and Participates in all training sessions and team meetings
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while listening and responding in an appropriate manner.
  • Greet guests with a warm smile to make them feel welcome
  • Seats guests and provides menus, following the appropriate rotation
  • Answers the phone politely and assists callers, including answering questions about the establishment and making reservations
  • Manages and confirms all Open Table reservations
  • Cater to the guests requests and needs in a prompt and professional manner to ensure an overall superior level of customer service
  • Performs all assigned side work and keeps host stand and lobby area clean
  • Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct
  • Notifies and reports any problems or concerns to management
  • Reports to the Restaurant Manager



Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a basic knowledge of excellent service standards, guest relations, food and beverage preparations as well as etiquette.
  • Available to work weekends, day and evening shifts and major holidays
  • Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies and rules
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat & professional appearance at all time
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
