Job Overview:

• Payor Mix: 24% Medicaid | 67% PPO | 9% FFS
• Average Production: $3.7M
• 11 equipped operatories
• Doctors: 3 (2 owners and 1 long-term associate)
• RDAs: 4
• RDHs: 2
• Team : 6-treatment planners; 4-assistants; 1-office manager; 6-office staff
• Advanced technology, including digital charts and a Waterlase laser for frenectomies and anesthesia-free dentistry
• 
  
• Hours: 7:30AM to 4PM - Monday through Thursday

Qualifications:
