We are actively seeking for the following opening(s):

Salaried position, typically working full time, Monday - Friday

This position can be fully remote or hybrid with some time in the office (if located in Central Oregon)


JOB PURPOSE:

This position will be responsible for working collaboratively with the remote sales team and across home office functions to manage all of SYSTM Food’s brands in sales and production forecasts and retailer maintenance. This role will manage the sales for all customers to enable the company to have visibility in delivering its financial goals and optimize production efficiency. Assists in the development of sales goals and forecasting scenarios for each brand and the company. This role works cross functionally with Field Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBITIES:

  • Partner across multiple functions to drive top and bottom line growth.
  • Analyze various business data and financial information, including market trends, sales trends and inventory to optimize both the revenue and production forecasts.
  • Partner with finance, sales leadership and demand planning to develop accurate forecasts and budgets.
  • Accountable for developing and maintaining forecast tools to be utilized across the organization to make timely and accurate decisions regarding revenue planning, and production scheduling/inventory management.

Wages: This is a salaried position and the starting wage for this role depends on your previous experience.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of Consumer Products & Goods (CPG) experience
  • A degree in business or equivalent work experience.
  • Direct account management experience or sales planning experience
  • Experience with development and utilization of forecast and trade management tools
  • Skilled at using IRI/SPINS and other CPG market data sources
  • Retail environment knowledge
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Superior presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
