Busy growing dealership is seeking a full-time Lot Supervisor for the their Detail Department. The Detail Supervisor will direct lot attendants by making sure new vehicles delivered to the dealership are verified and vehicles in the new-vehicle lot are arranged in an orderly manner. Detailing and prepping cars for the showroom and delivery are part of daily responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Detail and prep cars for the showroom and delivery.
- Putting new vehicles into the system.
- Tagging all new vehicles.
- Rearrange lots when necessary.
- Occasionally retrieve and/or deliver vehicles to other dealership.
- During winter months, keep doorways shoveled, salted and cleared. Also clear snow and ice from cars in lot.
- Perform task as directed by Detail Manager.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Good judgment.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing/bending/stooping/walking 8 hours per working day.
- Ability to work in wet environment.
- Ability to lift no more than 50lbs. at a time.
