Registered Nurse- Private Duty Nursing

McKenney Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our private duty nursing team. As a private duty nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring personalized and high-quality healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and assess the patient's condition and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and other specialized procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
