High-Flying Responsibilities: As our Lead Caregiver, you'll be at the heart of our mission, with responsibilities including:

1. Starting New Cases: Play a key role in launching new cases.
2. Managing Care Plans: Ensure client care plans are executed with precision.
3. Guiding & Training: Foster growth by mentoring caregiving staff.
4. On-Call Collaboration: Participate in our on-call program.
