Covenant Glen of Frankenmuth is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to oversee our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and management to ensure the highest quality of care and services are delivered to our residents while fostering a positive and enriching environment for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to assisted living and memory care services.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
  • Develop and manage the community's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
  • Implement programs and activities that promote resident engagement, wellness, and quality of life.
  • Oversee marketing and sales efforts to maintain high occupancy levels and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to meet the unique needs of residents.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the broader community, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of executive-level experience in assisted living, memory care, or a related healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively managing staff and operations.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living and memory care services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Passion for serving seniors and improving their quality of life.
