Baywood Home Care is a private in-home care company that provides nursing home level care within the privacy of our clients' homes. We are IMMEDIATELY hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) for on call shifts. As an on call HHA, you could be sent to any shifts we offer such as live in, hourly or overnight depending on which on call shift you are working at the time. Base rate given for each shift you pick up, whether you are called out or not. Base rates range from $50, $100, or $150 per shift, depending on the type of shift picked up. Regular rate of pay per shift also received varies based on type of shift starting at $18-$20 per hour with a $2 per hour increase for shift differential on weekends. On call shifts are either 7:00am to 7:00pm, 7:00pm to 7:00am, or 7:00am to 7:00am. Seeking HHAs that are able to start working as soon as possible.

HHA Responsibilities

• Medication Administration
• Assistance with transfers and mobility, including use of mechanical lifts
• Bathing/ Grooming/ Dressing
• Monitoring blood sugars and blood pressure
• Housekeeping and errands

HHA Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA or Certified Nursing Assistant experience required
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation/ Up to Date auto insurance
• CNA or HHA Certification ( DOES NOT need to be up to date)
