Resident Care Assistant (RCA) - Evenings

Are you looking for a meaningful role that serves others? Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to assist our residents with their activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, showers, mealtime, social interactions, homemaking, and medication management.  We are looking for a compassionate individual with strong communication skills.  This position plays a vital role in the lives of our residents and enhances the well-being of those they care for.

Are you looking for flexibility in your schedule?  This is a EVENING position scheduled for 33 hours per pay period including alternating weekends and holidays. The schedule of this position works 6 out of 7 evenings, 3:00pm-8:00pm and then has 7 nights off. 

The Resident Care Assistant is eligible for a:

• An additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential
• An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shifts
