Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Team Lead to join our team! The Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing the sales team in daily sales operations.
The essential candidate has outstanding customer service skills and maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Pay rate to be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Greets and assists customers with their floral selections and shopping experience
- Assists in the preparation of sales displays
- Participates in store opening and closing
- Answers phones and completes POS transactions
- Reviews sales orders to ensure accuracy and prompt fulfillment
- Takes customer orders both over the phone and in store
- Trains sales team members on sales operations
- Wraps bouquets and gift baskets
- Stocks shelves and prices product
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience leading a small team (~5 team members)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
