HARVEST COMPLIANCE JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the President/Manager of Field Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Ensure the Field Labor Contractors follow regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies.
• Ensure we receive MSPA, Transportation forms and timecards daily.
• Data Entry (Harvest Excel File)
• Ensure you are receiving payroll registers and verifying information against daily received forms.
• Verify FLC’s Contract check list.
• Fix & review Harvest team timecards.
• Concur expenses for team.
• FLC Field audits (During season) & Maintain records of audits.
• Provide reports and any other information needed by Spice World management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
• Must be able to learn software systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Fluent Bilingual (English, Spanish)
• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) recommended.
• 1-2 years of related experience recommended.
• Experience in agriculture.
