As a Store Manager you will have total responsibility for all aspects of the store and its operations including interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world-class associates while driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques and local marketing.
To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
Job Duties:
- The ability to identify and solve complex problems.
- Strong math and reading skills.
- Be able to lift at least 20 pounds (may exceed), as needed, to occasionally help unload delivery trucks.
- Ensure the safety of our guests and employees through practicing and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.
- Drive sales growth, control cost management, and maintain profit growth.
- Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management, and teach and maintain those standards with staff
- Manage all functions and oversee daily operations of foodservice and sales
- Maintain vendor relations and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely and efficient ordering of all supplies
- Daily reconciliation of all cash, deposits and change, and shift notes entries
- Assist with catering and other events, as needed
- Promote a clean and inviting environment by overseeing store cleaning responsibilities and thoroughly checking for any repair or maintenance concerns
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, on areas including, but not limited to front counter service, cash handling, and cleaning

- Ability to multitask, excellent communication and problem-solving skills and of course, personal skills.

- People oriented - enjoys working with our guests and employees, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoys and respects food
- Excellent organizational skills and enjoys clean and tidy environment
- Service management experience preferred.
- Ability to train and coach employees.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
