Job Description

• Responsible for organizing and filing project documentation, contracts project specifications and drawings schedules, financial issues and timely delivery/closeout of projects
• Will do submittals and RFI’s, and change order requests
• Will work with internal cross functional teams, project managers, directors and pre-construction depts

Key Requirements

• Strong communications skills
• Experience writing documentation
• Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required
