Michael & Son Services, founded in 1976 and one of the largest and fastest growing home service companies in the US, is opening a location to service the Fayetteville area, and we are looking for a General Manager to lead our efforts and build a team. We're looking for someone with strong residential service experience in Electrical, Plumbing, &/or HVAC with 3+ years in a management role. A demonstrated track record of world class customer service and the ability to coach personnel to the next level is crucial. We are looking for an all-star leader who is committed to growing the business and making Michael and Son the best and most trusted home service company in the Sandhills region. What We're Looking for in You!

• Must have a minimum 3+ yrs direct experience managing residential service (either plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.)
• Licensed in either Plumbing, Electric, or HVAC a PLUS
• Ability to build a team and hold team members accountable through consistent coaching, communication, &, most importantly, by being the example
• Must understand the importance of, deliver, & train effectively on world class customer service
• Career minded. We are looking for someone who understands the 1,5, & 10 year plan for the business and is looking forward to executing it.
• Ability to create a strong team through building morale and creating a positive place to work. We pride ourselves on keeping the toxicity out of our work environment.
