Office Location
  • Maria Stein Family Practice – Maria Stein, OH
Hours of Job
  • FT - 1st Shift. 40 hours per week.
  • No weekends or holidays required.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Works under the supervision of the Practice Manager/Coordinator.
  • Is responsible for being able to multitask and all clerical activities.
  • Public/guest relations and communications are key components of the job.
  • Acts as the focus of communication in the work area regarding all staff, providers, and patient care activities, family, etc.
  • Performs clerical, registration, and scheduling duties for a full range of patient services.
  • Performs other duties to assist manager, coordinator, co-workers, and providers.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, families, and co-workers.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.
Education/Certifications
  • High School graduate. Advanced education may be required for specific job modalities.
Experience
  • Medical office experience preferred; customer service experience required.
