We are Lancaster Painting and we are located in Denair, California. Lancaster Painting offers over 35 years of experience in residential & commercial painting, we also offer 1-Day Concrete Coatings and Garage Storage Solutions. We are fully staffed & equipped to handle any size project throughout the Central Valley, and have earned a reputation for dependability, quality service, and workmanship. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production and operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of painters, project managers, and support staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and system metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and customer service excellence.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 Years of proven experience in Operations Management, (preferably in the construction, painting, or home improvement industry.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Six Sigma Certification
