We are seeking a top-notch and experienced Community Manager to assist with the oversight and daily operations of our Apartment Community located in Cabot, AR. Responsibilities:

• Fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property.
• Responsible for all operating aspects of the apartment community, general administration, and maintenance of the physical site.
• Ensure quick apartment unit turnaround and compliance with government regulations.
• Manage rental collections and maintain high occupancy rates.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience managing a large apartment complex.
• Experience and understanding of Tax Credit Compliance.
• Experience with property management software, Onesite experience a plus.
• Outgoing, organized, and effective communicator.
• Proficient in all standard office administration, equipment use, and MS Office software.
