R&H Mechanical has been a family-owned business since 1976 and we are expanding our entire Commercial department. We are looking for a Commercial New Construction Service Technician - Journeyman to join our team. Our Techs perform New Commercial Equipment Start-Ups, Testing, and Troubleshooting calls in the Skagit, Island and Snohomish counties.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and driven by success. Must have a great attitude and be flexible with the needs of the business.

Position Summary: To provide new construction equipment Start-Ups, testing, and troubleshooting on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards and to provide the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide feedback to the Project Manager regarding technical training needs.

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour - plus spiffs - Depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am-5 pm No On-Call work Required!

What we are looking for in a great candidate:

- Personable and Friendly Attitude

- Troubleshooting and repair capabilities for; furnaces, heat pumps, RTUs, refrigeration and VRF Systems (required)

- Commission commercial equipment and controls

- VFDs and associated controls, Electrical/low voltage diagnostics and repair

- Ability to Calibrate systems

- Attention to detail

- Excellent customer service

- Equipment/service Sales (required)

- Valid Driver's license/clean driving record (required)

- EPA 608 License (preferred)
