LOCATION: Dublin, GA (in person); Substance Abuse Program

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Clinical Supervisor (CS) in the implementation of scheduling, meetings, workshops, community trainings, presentations, arrangements, and travel plans, etc. with attention to detail.
  2. Demonstrate adequate knowledge and understanding of organizational administrative operations, functions, programs, vision, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  3. Organize appointments and scheduling of SA Clinical Supervisor.
  4. Develop and maintain filing system for clinical supervision and development.
  5. Draft reports and correspondence clearly and accurately. Communicate directives, assignments, instructions, messages, and information from CS to individuals as required.
  6. Assist in getting applicants interviewed and new hires onboarded.
  7. Train new hires to use equipment as needed.
  8. Assist in keeping CS calendar up to date.
  9. Maintain meeting minutes of staff meetings and keep a binder of all minutes.
  10. Update organizational charts the first (1st) of each month and send a copy to Executive Assistant and Clinical Supervisor.
  11. Ensure the most recent organizational chart is in the Substance Abuse Team General files in Microsoft Teams.
  12. Ensure that any Official Administrative Policies and forms for Clinical Supervisor to review are printed for review prior to OAP meeting.
  13. Completes all other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Preferences:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent documentation,
  • Ability to follow directions,
  • Intermediate computer skills,
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel preferred,
  • Experience with general office duties,
    • 1+ year(s) of clerical/secretarial/administrative experience, preferred, but not required.



40 Hour Work Week
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Hour Lunch Break
