Job Summary
Pat's Home Center is seeking an Store Manager to join our team. You will oversee all store operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring that customer expectations are met, management of employees, verifying inventory is organized and displayed, orders are processed accurately, shipments are timely, and paperwork is error-free. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
self-motivated and has experience in retail and/or hardware/construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner and customers are satisfied
• Hire, train, and manage employees
• Create work schedules
• Manage stock from ordering to receiving to displaying to selling
• Communicate with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesively

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree preferred
• Previous experience in retail and or construction is preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership skills
• Self motivation
