WHAT YOULL DO
Position Description:

As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for executing successful marketing campaigns to build and increase employment brand awareness, resulting in increased applicant volume to attract the best candidates to schools. Working alongside the Program Manager, Recruitment Marketing, you will partner with internal channel leads, external partners and more to build repeatable and adaptable strategies and campaigns that result in attracting talent to Primrose locations across the country. Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience executing marketing campaigns and a natural curiosity to understand things that are unfamiliar.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration & Priority Mining: Works closely with internal team and Franchise Owners to understand recruitment needs and priorities
  • Campaign & Project Management: Supports the development and delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to raise employment brand awareness and drive quality applicants Content Management: Owns the Primrose Brand Careers page experience on various channels; provides best practices and suggestions for school level sites
  • Report & Optimize: Creates campaign reports. Reviews results of plans and optimizes to continually improve recruitment marketing campaigns. Shares data and actionable insights with relevant stakeholders Resource Development & Content Management: Develops assets, tools, and support materials on an ongoing basis, both autonomously and in partnership with channel leads or partners.
  • Internal Communication: Maintains the Recruitment Marketing intranet page, adding relevant documents that support the recruitment marketing strategy. Shares best practices with Franchise Owners as it relates to enhancing the candidate journey across a broad range of channels including digital, social and in-school experiences
  • Partner Management: Manages multiple vendor relationships and ensures service level agreements are met
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek to build teams of individuals who maintain trusted relationships, demonstrate accountability, influence without authority, have a service mindset, agility and curiosity. Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors Degree in marketing or similar field
  • Experience working with recruitment marketing programs, experience Indeed and GlassDoor is a plus
  • Franchise experience will set you apart
  • Excellent communicator, both oral and written
