Experienced Auto Body Estimator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. As an Auto Body
Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing the extent of damage to vehicles and providing
accurate repair estimates. You will work closely with customers, insurance adjusters, and
technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately assess the scope of repairs needed
- Collaborate with customers and insurance adjusters to gather all necessary information for the
estimation process
- Provide detailed and accurate repair estimates, including labor, parts, and materials costs
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the repair process and addressing any
concerns or questions
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure that repairs are completed within the estimated
timeframe
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of repair estimates, invoices, and other
related documentation
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, including advancements in auto
body repair techniques and technologies
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Auto Body Estimator
- Proficient in using CCC estimation software and systems
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in assessing and estimating vehicle damage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
