Job Description
Our organization is seeking compassionate RN's for our intermediate treatment facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic care and direct nursing services to individuals within a residential setting.
- Evaluate the plan of care including individual responses to interventions and achievement of expected outcome and adjust as needed.
- Document complete, accurate, and relevant data for every individual assigned to their care for the shift as well as assigned primary individual caseload.
- Setting can vary from medical, psychiatric, an case management.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in nursing or higher.
- Current Registered Professional Nurse in the state of NY.
- Current BLS certification through AHA.
