Are you a passionate Physical Therapist with a desire to contribute to the scientific industry? Our organization is seeking an experienced Interim Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing expert therapy and consultation services to our clients. This role involves working closely with various scientific research teams, providing critical input and guidance on physical therapy aspects of research projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise, challenge your skills, and make a significant contribution to the advancement of science.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation services to scientific research teams, helping to design and implement research projects that incorporate physical therapy aspects.
• Apply your knowledge of physical therapy to the development of new technologies, treatments, and methodologies in the scientific industry.
• Conduct detailed assessments of patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide the best care for patients.
• Utilize Graston technique for soft tissue mobilization, contributing to the improvement of patient mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans effectively using Redoc and Meditech Expanse.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of physical therapy and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Provide training and education to other team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Must have a valid West Virginia Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably within the scientific or research industry.
• Proficient in using Graston technique for soft tissue mobilization.
• Experience with Redoc and Meditech Expanse for documenting patient progress and treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A passion for science and a strong desire to contribute to the advancement of the scientific industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
