OB/GYN Physician Call Coverage Locums Job in Arizona

Dates of coverage: -

Details/Requirement:
Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license required
Board Certification required
100% 24-hour call coverage, will be the solo physician on call when providing coverage
May see one to two patients/admissions per day, facility sees an average of 200 deliveries annually on average so it's pretty low volume
Cerner EMR, not a designated NICU, 20+ bed facility
Facility intends to grant emergency privileges that take 15 days or less
Additional dates may become available
