IT Infrastructures & Support Lead

In order to manage the global IT network our client is looking for an experienced (m/f) IT Infrastructures & Support Lead for its headquarters based in Lige. Youll maintain a reliable, secure and efficient Infrastructure, Network and Collaboration Tools environment for the global IT system (Europe Asia US).

As the IT Infrastructures & Support Lead :

You handle and support the infrastructures, systems & networks,

You are the interface between the global datacenter or the local IT suppliers and the client, ensuring that they resolve problems reported by end users,

You ensure the IT support of Headquarters.

You have a global view on data servers, networks & collaborative tools,

With the support of the IT Director, you manage projects with an helicopter view, able to identify improvement areas within the entire IT perimeter, You overview the network security, access and backup systems

Functional requirements :

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as IT Infrastructures & Support Lead

Bachelor degree in IT domain

Fluent in English & French

Strong skills on VM environments, Windows, Office 365, Skype,

SAP Basis an asset

ITIL certification is an asset

Skills & personality :

Customer-oriented with a strong sense of detail

Able to stand out as a leader with external companies, able to monitor and guide

IT security oriented
