Seeking a Hospice RN/ PRN -On Call in the Houston, TX and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Routine Hospice Visits
• Occasional admissions
• Professional Growth and Development Opportunities
• On-Call/Flexible Schedules
• Documentation of patient’s condition and pointing out significant changes, to be reported to the physician
• Collaboration with our partners and sister companies.
• Collaboration with our interdisciplinary team such as; Social Worker, Physicians, CNA's and Hospice Chaplain.

Requirements

• Texas or Compact Nursing License
• On call
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Valid driver’s license
