MACHINE OPERATOR

Location: Tipton, IA

Pay: $16-18/hr based on experience

Shifts:

• Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

• 5am-5pm rotating schedule

• 5pm-5am rotating schedule

Advance Services Inc. is looking to recruit self-motivated, Machine Operators to work for a locally and family-owned leader in the recycling and plastics processing industry. We have multiple shift options, including rotating schedules in which employees only work 15 days out of the month!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Administer Wash Line set up and product changeovers, and maintain and operate highly automated manufacturing equipment

• Observes machine operations, control boards, and gauges to detect malfunctions such as clogged pelletizer and pipes

• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on line equipment and ensure efficiency of all product line and manage equipment issues to minimize downtime

• Inspect material for quality and perform visual inspection

• Operate forklift to move pallets throughout the production floor

• Assist to clean up work area

• Other Warehouse duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Manufacturing/Production experience is preferred
