Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machinery Operator/Fabricator with expertise in ABB robotic welding for our manufacturing facility located in Trussville, AL. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of hands-on fabrication experience, proficiency in programming machinery, CAD drawing skills, and strong welding capabilities, both manual and robotic.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain ABB robotic welding equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform hands-on fabrication tasks using various power transmission equipment components.
  • Program machinery for optimal performance and productivity.
  • Create and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure adherence to project requirements.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any machinery or welding issues as they arise.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hands-on fabrication with expertise in (x, y, z) skills (specific skills tailored to the company's needs).
