Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machinery Operator/Fabricator with expertise in ABB robotic welding for our manufacturing facility located in Trussville, AL. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of hands-on fabrication experience, proficiency in programming machinery, CAD drawing skills, and strong welding capabilities, both manual and robotic.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain ABB robotic welding equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Perform hands-on fabrication tasks using various power transmission equipment components.
- Program machinery for optimal performance and productivity.
- Create and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machinery or welding issues as they arise.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
