The Private Aviation Ground Concierge works to ensure the smooth transition of passengers moving to and from aircrafts and are passionate about customer service. Duties for this entry level position include, but are not limited to, preparation/grooming of all incoming/outgoing aircraft, general customer service assistance to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers, and attention to detail associated with VIP White Glove service. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Check trip notes and internal communication to make sure all customer requests are accommodated
• Proactive preparation for all incoming and outgoing aircraft, including but not limited to: vacuuming aircraft interior, ensuring all surfaces are streak & fingerprint free, shining surfaces
• Terminal greeting and preparation for customers
• Timely feedback to the company regarding service failures, customer concerns & success wins
• Partner with Personal Concierge & Line Service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
• Maintain, stock, and oversee a neat work area at all times to include front desk, lobby, restrooms, and all airport terminal amenities
• Maintain cleaning for all common area spaces including stairs, entry, front desk, lobby, restrooms, and all airport terminal amenities
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Works indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as required
• Directly assist Personal Concierge team
• Book catering, car rentals etc. as needed
• Run errands with company vehicle as needed
• Organize departmental receipts
• Complete detail cleaning assignments depending on shift
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Customer-focused
• Good situational awareness to anticipate customer needs
• Excellent communicator with customers and employees in person, by phone, by text and email, and through radio communications
• Strong computer/technology skills to include smart phones/texting platforms and Microsoft office products
• Well organized with high attention to detail
• High energy
• Pass FAA Drug and Alcohol testing, background checks and submit to random drug test when required
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and to answer company calls after hours when on call
• Must have valid driver’s license
