Job Description
To assist the clinical pharmacy manager in clinical pharmacy tasks, in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, regulations adopted by the Board of Pharmacy, and the Drug Control Act. The clinical pharmacy tasks will include, but are not limited to, performing Medicare Annual Wellness visits, Comprehensive Medication Reviews through multiple platforms, and addressing patient and provider pharmacotherapy questions.
